Our preschool programs are designed to teach our youngest visitors about history.

Junior Einsteins (Apr. 26th) (AM FULL | PM FULL)

Time to put our thinking caps on and learn some history from a famous physicist!

I Am Series (Ages 3-5)

Take a step back in time with these one hour preschool programs! 

I Am a Farmer (May 10th) (AM FULL | 5 PM SPOTS LEFT)

We have farmers to thank today and even from the past. Time to look back at what they did on the farm in the past!

No School Days (Ages 6-10)

No school? No problem! Take a look at our no school day camps! 

Shipwrecked (Apr. 19th) (FULL)

Believe it or not, Saskatchewan once had pirates! Let’s take a look back and learn about this unfamiliar history. 

April 19th, 2024 | 9am-4pm | Ages 6-10 | $10 for a half day or $20 for a full day

 

Pioneer Olympics (May 27th) (FULL)

Olympic activities but in a pioneer style; butter making race, horseshoe throwing competition, and much more!

History Sensory Wednesdays (Ages 5-10)

History Sensory Wednesdays are fun and engaging camps for homeschooled children, aged 5-10. Each month is a new sense to explore with a new history topic!

School Tours

At Souris Valley Museum, we believe that education should go beyond the walls of a classroom. That’s why we have designed engaging and interactive tours specifically tailored to meet the educational needs of students from all grade levels.

Outreach Programs

The Museum provides in-person and outreach programs for teachers. There is a small fee for in-person and outreach programs. The fee is to cover the cost of supplies for activities.

Customized Programs
